Rich became one of the founders of AX Consultants, Inc. to provide the Dynamics AX community a small group of highly experienced consultants focused on overall customer satisfaction. Rich uses his 30 years of management, consulting and manufacturing experience to drive delivery service excellence. Rich is Axapta "Master" certified with module certifications in the Production, Trade & Logistics, Finance and Product Builder modules of Axapta.
Prior to forming AX Consultants, Rich had eight years of consulting experience with the most recently held positions including; Director of Professional Services, Regional Practice Director – Axapta, Senior Applications Consultant – Axapta, Consultant – Axapta and Mgr. of Material Management. As Regional Practice Director, Rich formalized a Dynamics-AX implementation methodology with a proven record of success, while managing the consultant staff and overall delivery service for projects in the central and western regions of the USA.
Rich participated in a variety of implementations in the manufacturing and distribution business sectors. These implementations included mid-sized to large companies in the industrial products, medical products, printing and consumer products, in both "make to stock" and "make to order" environments. Rich draws on his 25 years of manufacturing experience to provide clients practical support to achieve successful implementation experiences.
Rich is a seasoned consulting and manufacturing professional whose 30 years of experience include manufacturing and materials management, ERP systems implementation, analysis and design, and project management.
Rich earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, and his Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. Rich achieved his APICS CIRM and CPIM certifications in 1996 and 1998, respectively.
Rich has worked in the chemical and extruded films manufacturing operations of multinational companies and an automotive OEM supplier for a total of 24 years, in various manufacturing and material management positions.
Rich joined AX Consultants, Inc. in 2008 as a company founder. He brings a broad and deep knowledge of the manufacturing industry and knowledge of systems implementation.
